Wage war without declaration
In Evony Age II you have to declare war on someone before you can attack them. There is a wait period from when you declare war until you can start launching the attack, I believe that period is 8 hours now. However, if you use the Wage war without declaration stratagem you can start attacking your opponent right away. You have a two hour window to do this. Seems like a very useful stratagem, and one of the cheapest offense stratagems also.

Actually, the Wait Period between War Declaration and being able to send troops is only 30 minutes. The “Wage War Without Declaration” stratagem only costs 8 cents if you were to buy it.
Not really a big deal either way.

Actually you CAN NOT ATTACK people in Age II. There is a colonize function but they disabled the attack function. If u like war games don’t play ageII but if u like sim games you may love it.
