This Evony Age II stratagem might seem very similar to Cicada sheds it’s skin when you look at the description. However, this stratagem makes your troops move faster towards your enemy, not on the return trip. I can see this being useful when you want to attack someone by surprise. It decreases your troops marching duration by 30%.

How do you use this stratagem? I can’t use it on my city or the enemy’s city… how do I use it on my army or troops?

i also do not know how to yse this strategem and i have 10 of them. how do we apply this strategem to our troops that are marching

i got the answer: send your troops out and then go to reports and click on view and then apply the stratagem. that is what i was told
