Veteran Battalion
The Veteran Battalion in Evony is an item which once used will give you an average of 150 cataphracts, 325 transporters and 200 cavalry. These units are all very useful in the middle or late game. This item is equivalent to about 1900 archers. Make sure you do not use the Mechanics Battalion before mid-game, as you will run into a food issue. The Veteran Battalion can be obtained by spinning the Wheel of Fortune.
Senior Battalion
The Senior Battalion is an Evony item which grants you 100-200 archers, 150-250 swordsmen, 200-250 scouts and 200-300 pikemen. Most people feel the swordsmen and pikesmen have little worth. The Senior Battalion is equivalent to about 300 archers. It should be noted that this item cannot be bought through the Evony Store. Senior Battalion can only be obtained by spinning the Wheel of Fortune.
