Evony Age 2 Guide

The transporters of Evony Age 2, are just the same as they are in Age 1. They are the only choice when you want to carry a large number of resources from one city to another. Transporters are also the only choice when you want to attack level 10 NPCs or historic cities, if you want to be able to carry away all the resources you will find there that is. Transporters are quite slow though build however, so at the start of a new Evony Age 2 server you would probably use workers mostly the first few weeks.

The worker is your most basic transport unit in Evony. You will pretty much only use them early on, as the transporters you will get later in the game are much better. Workers can only carry 200 resources each, which is way less than the transporters that can carry 5,000 resources. The worker is pretty useless in battle and dies very easily. All in all it’s pretty much the worst troop in Evony, and don’t build any more of them than just enough to build cities.

Merchant Fleet is an item available on Evony which will instantaneously complete the transportation from the market. This really only saves you 30 minutes, and needing to use this is a big warning flag that you’re not planning efficiently. Another thing that makes this item next to useless is the fact that marketplace trades are typically broken into smaller chunks, not completed at one time. The Merchant Fleet will only speed up the process on one of the chunks. The Merchant Fleet is available for purchase at an Evony Price of 5 cents.

Logistics is the ability to gain information for the flow of goods in and out of your city, tracking resources in your city from point to point. Logistics is a very useful technology to upgrade since it let you transport resources around your empire more efficiently.

As you upgrade your army will benefit from it also when it comes to attacks and plundering other neighbors, as it will increase your army’s load capacity by 10%. Especially when it comes to farming NPCs, this is great, as you’ll need way less transports for each attack if you have logistics leveled up. You can view the Logistics upgrade and gain more information in-game by clicking on your academy building which is inside your city walls.

Yes, it’s possible to attack barbarian NPC villages without any losses at all. You get a lot of experience for your hero when you’re doing this as well as lots of resources. I’ve done this with villages up to level 5 so far, but I will attack higher once I get enough troops to do so. Read on to figure out how.

You can make more than 10 million gold a day in Evony using this strategy. Actually 10 million is just a cool number, the correct one is 950,000 gold an hour, most people don’t play 24/7 however. The way to do this is to raid NPC villages, and I will tell you how.

To do this I would recommend having a minimum of two villages, and one of them should be as close to a level 5 NPC village as possible. The level 5 NPC village will have 950,000 gold in it when full, it regenerates all that gold in one hour, so to get the max from it you should be within half an hour from it with transports.
