This is normally used to stop enemies from overtaking your city. If you don’t have this item, you can always use comforting by navigating to your town hall, select comforting and pick the appropriate type of comforting. Speech Text can be won with the Wheel of Fortune or purchased for and Evony Price of 100 cents.
