Evony Age 2 Guide

Many players are doing what is called a prestige run these days, using a few days to gain millions of prestige. Prestige runs have been done several times and is quite easy to do. So a prestige run is not really something new to Evony, but still most players don’t really know how to take advantage of the prestige run strategy.

First thing you need for a prestige run is a lot of archers, since you will be killing these archers to gain this prestige. To gain 14 million prestige you would need about 1 million archers, 28 million prestige would be 2 million archers, etc. This is assuming you get 14 prestige points for each archers who dies. Uprising is the defense you have in Evony Age II against being colonized. The player who has colonized you is called the Suzerain. Suzerain has many meanings, but one is being a nation that controls another nation in international affairs but allows it domestic sovereignty. Another quite useful stratagem for Evony Age II. What this one does is to stop an attack launched from your enemy’s city. When you use this stratagem on the city you besiege it and automatically recalls any attacks sent out from it. Stopping attacks like this is obviously very useful, both to protect allies and yourself. It is a bit expensive however, so I’m not sure how often it will be used.

Attacking other players for resources is a very good way to grow quickly at the start of a new server in Evony. Be careful not to attack someone with a larger army than you though, since loosing you whole army will really hurt you. In addition to not being able to pillage other players you will probably be pillaged a lot yourself and wake up every morning with no resources in any of your cities. Read the rest of this entry »

Welcome to the new strategy website for Evony. Evony is a new strategy game that can be played in your webbrowser. It’s pretty similar to games like travian and tribalwars, if you’re familiar with these, but in my opinion it’s a much better game. That is both when it comes to graphics, village development as well as the battle system. On this website I’ll post various strategy guides that will hopefully be helpfull to both new and experienced players.
