Informatics
Informatics is the technology that effects how you gain information from your scouts. A high informatics level will allow your scouts to gain more information on a place you send them to. A scout attack checks the size of an opposing city’s military.
With each upgrade to informatics, your scouts will gain more data when scouting, and they can scout higher level locations. Please also not that like other technologies, informatics needs certain prerequisites to upgrade. As the level of informatics increases, so will be the spying capabilities of your scouts.
