Speech Text
Speech Text is an item in Evony which will instantaneously increase the loyalty of your city to 100, while dropping your public grievance to 0. This is normally used to stop enemies from overtaking your city. If you don’t have this item, you can always use comforting by navigating to your town hall, select comforting and pick the appropriate type of comforting. Speech Text can be won with the Wheel of Fortune or purchased for and Evony Price of 100 cents.
Increase population with public grievance
It is harder to increase population in Evony with public grievance, but it is definitely possible. Both public grievance, tax rate and loyalty is related to how fast your population will grow. As you have probably noticed, the the lower your tax rate is the faster your population increase is. You can see this from the table posted below that your population increase per tick with 0% tax rate is 5%. This is the maximum possible population increase per tick that you can have. A tick happens every 6 minutes in Evony, then Evony will update loyalty, population and gold for each city you have. This happens at the same time for all cities on the server.
The best Evony items
Like most other browser strategy games Evony finances itself by having an in game item shop where players can buy useful items for the game with real money. To buy items in the shop you first have to exchange your real money to evony coins, usually at the rate of 10 coins for $1 US.
The prices in the shop varies a lot, some items are way overpriced in my opinion compared to others. The most expensive item is the ritual of pact, costing you 500 coins or $50 at the usual exchange rate! This is quite an expensive item, it is however needed to increase the alliance size to 100 members. The cheapest item and the most popular one by far is the aries amulet that let you spin the wheel of fortune. You can buy one of these for only 5 Evony cents. Lots of people have asked this questions for some reason, so here is a list of what the Christmas package as well as the Christmas chests contain. You need a key to open a special christmas chest. When you got a key and open it you will receive a random assortment of chest A, B or C. When it comes to the Santa’s milk an cookies that you all get for Christmas, you should start using them today and use one every day.
