Solid walls and empty fields
This stratagem seems a bit more useful than the cast a brick to attract a gem, it does the exact opposite. Instead of showing that you have more resources than you actually do, it shows on the scout reports that you have less, only 10% to 20% of your actual resources. I can see this being very useful early on the server when there is a ton of plundering going on, instead of showing 3 million resources it shows only 300k -600k, and this may stop someone from attacking you who would do so otherwise.
Scouting in Evony
Getting intelligence before making attacks in Evony is really important so you don’t end up loosing battles and wasting troops attacking someone with no resources. NPCs in Evony don’t have any scouts of themselves, so you don’t have to worry about loosing your scouts in a battle when you try to scout them. The only problem scouting NPCs in Evony is that you need high enough informatics technology to get an accurate scout report. Pillaging other players – early PvP
Attacking other players for resources is a very good way to grow quickly at the start of a new server in Evony. Be careful not to attack someone with a larger army than you though, since loosing you whole army will really hurt you. In addition to not being able to pillage other players you will probably be pillaged a lot yourself and wake up every morning with no resources in any of your cities. Read the rest of this entry »
War ensign
In browser game Evony you can only attack with 100,000 troops total at any given time, that is if you have a level 10 rally point. Sometimes being able to increase this number of troops can be very useful, later in game armies get huge after all. The War ensign is the item you can use to increase the number of troops you can send in one attack by 25%. You just click the item to use it, then you will see that you can send 125,000 as the new total number of troops from your rally point. The item costs 30 cents, and you will also frequently get it in the wheel of fortune.
