Evony Age 2 Guide

This startup guide is for new servers where resources are still very cheap in terms of gold. The first few weeks of a server food is only about 0.1 gold each and the other resources are at about 0.2 – 0.4. We want to take advantage of this by having a high gold income, and focus most of our resources on building cottages for the first few days. Later on you will remove some of them for barracks, but early on we don’t need that many barracks since we’ll only be building warriors and we don’t have enough resources to keep a bunch of barracks running all the time.

What I do on a new server is to first complete the quests to get the basic buildings you need in your city. You get as much resources in reward for completing the quests as it costs you to build the first few levels of every building, sometimes even more, so there is no reason not to do so right away. Spend some guidelines to speed things up if you want. You build one of each resources and then fill up the rest of your fields with mostly wood and a few of stone.  Wood is the most important resource for you early since you will be building cottages. There are 9 different titles you can have in Evony, knight, baronet, baron, viscount, earl, marquis, duke, furstin and prinzessin. This is not the same as rank, so don’t mix them up. When you start the game your title is knight, and as a knight you can own 2 cities total. To be allowed to build another city you need to level up to the title baronet. To build your forth city you need the title baron, the fifth city viscount, etc. When you get the title prinzessin you can build your tenth city, this is the maximum in the game. Yes, it’s possible to attack barbarian NPC villages without any losses at all. You get a lot of experience for your hero when you’re doing this as well as lots of resources. I’ve done this with villages up to level 5 so far, but I will attack higher once I get enough troops to do so. Read on to figure out how.

You can make more than 10 million gold a day in Evony using this strategy. Actually 10 million is just a cool number, the correct one is 950,000 gold an hour, most people don’t play 24/7 however. The way to do this is to raid NPC villages, and I will tell you how.

To do this I would recommend having a minimum of two villages, and one of them should be as close to a level 5 NPC village as possible. The level 5 NPC village will have 950,000 gold in it when full, it regenerates all that gold in one hour, so to get the max from it you should be within half an hour from it with transports. When you start a new account on an Evony server you will have 7 days of beginner protection. You better use these days wisely, especially if you’re on a server that has already been running for a while.
