Evony Age 2 Guide

Penicillin is an Evony item that can be acquired by either purchasing it at the Evony store or by spinning the Wheel of Fortune. Penicillin is a great item as it lowers your amount of casualties by 30% for 7 days and will also increase the amount of casualties that get brought to the medic camp after a battle. Without Penicillin, 10% of your casualties would be brought back to camp but with this item applied, 13% would be sent to the medic camp. This item can be purchased for an Evony Price of 20 cents.

As you go into battle against opposing armies, you will need your army strong and able to withstand attacks. Medicine is a technology which allows you to do just that. Medicine provides your army with a very beneficial increase in your army’s health points increasing it by 5% each time you upgrade it.

The technology does have some prerequisites just like any other technology upgrade. For example, you will have to have built a level 6 academy, upgraded your logistics level to 3, have 1,500 food and 3,600 gold to research level 1 of this technology. You will also need to wait for the research time of 30 minutes. Upgrading this technology also completes as a quest which give you 7,200 worth of gold as a reward. The Essential Oil of Evony Age II will recuperate a hero’s strength to 100%. It costs 100 cents so the item is quite expensive. Various essential oils have been used medicinally at different periods in history. Medical application proposed by those who sell medicinal oils range from skin treatments to remedies for cancer, and are often based on historical use of these oils for these purposes.

Researching technologies is pretty important in Evony, so I thought I’d write an article about which technologies you should go for first. After a few months of play time you should have all technologies at level 10, but choosing the right order of researching them can give you an edge in the game on a new server starting up. You have 3 types of technologies in Evony, resource bonus technologies, combat technolgies and city technologies. If I’m going to conquer a city in Evony I want it to be a city worth keeping. For me that is a city with high level buildings and several high level barracks. New players with low prestige usually don’t have villages like that, so when I try to conquer cities it is usually cities from high prestige active players.
