Relief Station
A relief station is a place where your army, deliverymen or your scouts could rest while traveling between your cities or between routes towards your allied cities. The relief station offers them safe refuge and a place to rest. Like any other building in, Envoy, the relief station can be upgraded.
Upgrading a station will allow your army or scouts traveling to your cities or to your allied cities to travel faster increasing their movement speed by a multiplier. The multiplier increases at levels 1, 4, 5, 8, and 10. The travelling speed of the troops is affected by the sending city’s relief station level. It only affects troops marching between friendly cities, that is your own cities or to reinforce your allies.
Entice enemy into compromising
This stratagem actually increases your opponents marching speed. If your opponents have lots of attacks incoming on your cities that are timed well, I can see this stratagem being quite useful. If you are online there are other ways to defend yourself against attacks however, so I’m not sure how often I will use it.
Entrapping
Yet another Evony Age II stratagem that lets you change the moving speed of your opponents troops. Seems to be quite a lot of these type of stratagems out there. This stratagem lets you increase your opponent’s march duration by 30%. To be the stratagem is too expensive to ever be worth using.
