Evony Age 2 Guide

The level 10 NPC city is a very popular type of NPC city to farm. Many players also conquer these NPC cities, since they are filled up with level 10 buildings they are really useful after all. You don’t farm the level 10 NPC using ballistae, as you will have heavy losses doing so and ballistae are slow to rebuild. Instead most players usually use a rainbow archer formation. On most Evony Age 1 servers you will find tons of these level 10 NPCs that top players have built around their cities. Some players farm up to a 100 level 10 NPCs every day to get food to support their massive armies. With Evony Age 2 I believe the level 10 NPC farming will continue, but it is not possible to build a ton of them around you like it was in Evony Age 1. The machinery technology in Evony increases the percentage of fortification units that are repaired instantly after a battle. It says in the description of the technology that every single upgrade enhance repairable rate of fortified units by 100%, it does not however say anything about what percentage of units is repaired if you don’t have this technology at all. 100% increase with machinery technology would tell you nothing if you don’t know which number to increase by 100%. The dynamite in Evony is very useful when you want to get rid of a high level building quickly. You don’t need a dynamite to get rid of a building in Evony, but it really does speed things up to demolish buildings with dynamites. To get rid of a high level building you need to click downgrade on it each time for each level of the building. This can take a long time if you have many high level buildings that you want to get rid of. Say if you want to demolish 15 cottages from a level 10 NPC city you have just conquered, you would have to click downgrade 150 times, 10 times for each level 10 cottage! Catapults are the most powerful units in Evony, they throw huge rocks at the enemy from a very long distance. Catapults are really cool, and for an attack force nothing beats a 125k catapult attack. There are many problems with them though, number one is that they take an extremely long time to build and you need level 10 barracks to build them in. Many players have 100 total barracks that are level 9, but very few have even close to this many level 10 barracks. In browser game Evony you can only attack with 100,000 troops total at any given time, that is if you have a level 10 rally point. Sometimes being able to increase this number of troops can be very useful, later in game armies get huge after all. The War ensign is the item you can use to increase the number of troops you can send in one attack by 25%. You just click the item to use it, then you will see that you can send 125,000 as the new total number of troops from your rally point. The item costs 30 cents, and you will also frequently get it in the wheel of fortune.

The Michelangelo’s script is needed to increase a building to level 10, so if you want to get all your buildings to level 10 you will need a lot of them. It’s one of the most useful items in the game in my opinion, and at 50 Evony cents it is not that expensive either. Every player get one Michelangelo’s script for free when making an account in Evony, and I’d recommend using this first one for your town hall. If you don’t want to buy scripts for real money, you can also get them winning in the wheel of fortune or attacking level 10 NPC villages.

This Evony guide will show you how to conquer a level 10 NPC in less than one minute by timing attacks from several different of your villages using camp time. This NPC can be far away from you, as far as 100 miles, so it’s just like an advanced teleport without the delay. This can be really useful if you want a forward base far away from you to launch attacks from.
