Civil Code

without comments

The Civil Code is an item purchasable through Evony which will instantly expand your population by 20% of it’s total limit. 100 is the maximum potential population gain possible with this item. If you have reach the population cap, this item will not work. When using this item, you must be careful to have enough loyalty in order to retain your newly increased population. One way to keep your population up after applying a Civil Code is to decrease taxes until you reach a stable trend. A Civil Code has an Evony Price of 50 cents.

Derelict city

without comments

An Evony derelict city is a city which has been abandoned by a player. Dereliction of a city in Evony turns the city over to the barbarians. The barbarian cities are also called NPCs, that’s the most common term and it means Non Player Character. Barbarian cities and not ruled by players but by the game itself, and they come in 10 different types. That would be level 1 to level 10 NPC barbarian cities.

A derelict city will be turned into a NPC city with the same level as the flat was before the player city was build. That is how you can actually make NPC cities at the exact level you want them to be. You just conquer a flat of the level you want and then abandon the city you build there. The flat will now be turned into the same level NPC city.
