Evony Age 2 Guide

Honor is not something you want to have in Evony as it leads to higher losses, and many players are looking for ways to get rid of their honor points easily. This strategy that I heard of in the Evony forums works really well for getting rid of honor points quickly. What you do is to choose one city and build 11,000 rockfalls in it, that’s maximum for a level 10 wall, but if you only have a level 9 wall maxing that with rockfalls is ok too. I’m sorry for not being able to update this Evony Age 2 wiki website for a long time. I’ve been very busy with other projects, but I think I will be able to find more time to put into the site from now on. This post is just a list of the names of all the historic heroes that I have seen so far in Evony Age 2. The list is probably not complete, so if you know of any Evony Age 2 heroes not listed heres please do post a comment so that I can add them to the list.

The stats of the different heroes are fixed and not random, and the top attack heroes I’ve seen so far are Henry IV with a base attack of 99, Nadar Shah with base attack of 98 and Saladin, Hannibal and Genghis Kahn all with base attack of 97. I will try to get all stats for all of the heroes posted here as soon as I am able to gather the information, any help is appreciated. The list is posted below and will be updated as often as possible.

Many Evony Age 1 players have complained that there is no attack button in Evony Age 2. In Age 1 they were used to being able to both plunder other players cities for resources as well as conquering them and making them their own. In Evony Age 2 the game developers decided to get rid of the attack button and switch it out with the colonization button when you select other players cities.

Having no attack option has made Evony Age 2 a much easier place for new players, since you can keep your resources safe and there is no way for other players to steal your resources or capture your cities. The Evony Age 2 wiki is almost complete now, and there is tons of information you can find there now. You can find information about all the new Evony Age 2 features, the buildings, the troops, all the new Evony Age 2 items, the stratagems, medals guide for Evony Age 2 and lots more stuff. You should definitely take a look at it if you haven’t done so already.

The only thing left to do is to add information about all the quests of Evony Age 2, and I’m working on that at the moment. If you have any information you think should be added to the Evony Age 2 wiki, anything you think should be change, or any questions to the information there, feel free to leave a comment to any of the articles!

Now there is information about all the building types of Evony Age 2, most of the troops types, all the stratagems, the technologies and most of the Evony Age 2 items. New articles are added to the wiki every day, and you can find the Evony Age 2 Wiki here.

The scout is a very useful unit in Evony Age 2, and you want to have several of these in each of your cities all the time. The scouts are pretty weak when it comes to attack and defense, but their main purpose is to do scouting missions after all. The scouts also defend you against other players scouting your cities. You only need level 2 barracks to build scouts, and in my opinion getting a few 100 scouts is the first thing you should do starting up on a new Evony Age 2 server. Read the rest of this entry »

Archers are by far the most popular troop type of Evony Age 2, and it was the same in Age 1. The reason is simply that it is considered the best troop there is. Archers will perform better than pretty much any other troop combination your enemy can send at you. Archers are great both when it comes to PvP and PvE. People have been farming NPCs with archers for a long time, and no other troop performs as good as archers here. When you want to conquer these new historic cities of Evony Age 2, archers are also the way to go.

Both for defense and offense archers are really good, and I suggest you focus mostly on archers when it comes to the basic defense of each of your cities. You need level 4 barracks to build archers, so the first thing you should focus on when you build a new city is to get all the barracks to level 4.
