Intant building of troops in Evony
As you may know the build time of troops in Evony depends on the attack skill of the hero that is currently major of your city. Something you might not know is that Evony rounds time down, so if your hero’s attack skill is high enough you can actually train troops in 0 seconds, pretty cool! It works right now as I’m writing this, but maybe it’ll be changed so use it while you can, it’s kinda like a cheat after all. The forumla for training time is:
Training time = (base training time)*.9^(technology level)*.995^(hero attack)
When this formula gives you a result less than 1 second Evony rounds it down to 0 seconds.
Workers, warriors, scouts, pikemen, swordsmen, archers, cavalry and cathapracts use the military science technology to decide their training time. Using this forumla with level 10 military science we see that we can train a warrior in 0 seconds with a hero attack of 432 and a cavalry at 0 seconds with a hero attack of 1030.
Transporters, battering rams, ballista and catapults use the metal casting to decide their training time. With a metal casting technology of 10 we can train ballista instantly with hero attack of 1388 and catapults with hero attack 1526. It will take you a while to get hero attack this high, but with enough NPC farming it is possible, and once you can build troops instantly you’re a real dangerous player to face.

I dont know where you came up with that formula, but i can not get it to mesh with any of the heros that i currently have.
ive tried variations on the layout of that formula too.
Please clerify for me if you could

Actually, there are heros already out there at that level. A friend of mine was hit by a guy who’s hero was over 1100 attack value on server 88. I saw the report. He tele’d in with 20k archers, was scouted a minute later and had 700k. I’d call that pretty instant.

you need to have the population to build, it is great if you can have the cottages to have the sufficent population to build the troops. But your towns population does not automatically regen in a minute.
That being said, I am sorry but that person must have had reinforcements.
Anyways. I think i am quitting evony. It is a dull dull place with egos running amok everywhere.

TheJacen population only sets the limit as to how many troop someone can build while they are cueing up there racks, population can also be played with if you only have 6 cots by zeroing the production line. This will add more for the build limit, once the cues are full reset the production line to 100.

Top 100 players usually arm themselves with Excalibur to boost the heros ATK. Look at server for lvl 800 ish atk hero. You can get 1100 atk out of that.

On the contrary it is very possible to have 700k archers instantly. Firstly you have a hero that can make instant archers. Secondly you set your 1 barrack to train say 200 catapults. As your population regenerates, you cue up archers behind the catapults being trained. Do this for as long as you like. When there is say, 700k archers cued up, cancel the catapult construction and wala. P.S send me some lumber

yea i think you got the formula wrong i tried it and it doesnt really work out the higher my attack stat is the more off it is maybe try
training time = base * (0.9^research) * (0.9986^hero attack) i find that is much more accurate i havent tried it with any heros above 200attack though…

Its pretty easy to gte instant troops you just get 10m archersd counquer a level 14 ad draft a level 12 and boom instant 100k warrs
