Finding Medals in Evony Age 2
In this guide I will give information on where to find the different types of medals in Evony Age 2. There is one page describing each medal and where to find it, and if you have some more information on one type of medals I would be happy if you could go to that page and post the information as a comment. Make sure you post the level of the valley or NPC village you found the medal in. I will try to keep this thread as up to date and accurate as possible, and I hope you will help me with this.

cross medal lvl 2 flat.i think its safe to say the drop rates are really high on server na9.1 out of every 3 attacks gives me a medal.

Got a Lion attacking a 3 NPC with 160 Ballistas, 85 transports–no losses. Also experience for hero to go three levels

There ought to be some mention of just what the medals are for ….
You need a certain number of certain medals for each promotion quest. So if you want to get more cities look at the promotion quests to see which medals ou need.
They are useful for rewarding your heros to increase loyalty. At first you will use rewards of gold but once you are no longer needing a certain type of medal for promotion, you can use it for a reward. Importantly, most medals give a bigger loyalty boost than the +5 you get from a gold reward. So if a hero has to be sent on multiple loosing missions, you may want to hit them with a medal to increase their loyalty a bunch at once.
They can be turned in to the queen – those annoying Heo quest,Military Feat. The reward is a bunch of prestige for each medal type, but if you finish them all you get actual useful items.

Ive recently gathered honor medals off of lvl 8 vallys with 12k archers archery lvl 9. Roses i frequently obtain from lvl 4 vallys attacking with 400 archers and lvl 3 vallys with 200 archers. lion ive only obtained from lvl 5′s attacking with 750 archers.

there is a way to farm for cross, rose and lion medals by using 750 scouts on a lvl 3 and below with very lil loss and the drop rate is one in 5.

both of these medals were awarded evn tho i had no slots available to ‘take’ the valley, so you do not need to capture and release the valley to make sure u can get a medal. i got these 2 in a series of 7 attacks on the same lvl 1 flat

I recently picked up 5 lion medals in 52 attacks on a level 1 flat all within an hours time only used 100 warriors for each attack

attacked a level 2 valley that had 59 warrior and 20 pikeman with level 26 hero, 1200 worker, 4k warrior and 2k archer. won a rose medal and didn’t lose any troops.

Sariel, just a tip. Workers are not for attacking. Also, you were only fighting 79 guys. 200 archers would have been more than enough to get the same results. Hell, 40 archers would probably be enough.

I was told honors were in high level valleys or 1-4 NPCs, I found the most honor medals in lvl 4 NPCs, you will get a rediculous amount of gems but if you hit the NPCs enough you canget a bunch of honor medal. I was sending about 10 waves at a time to various NPCs around andwould get about 3 a day.

Ok .. I’m on the na19 server and the drop rate here is absolutely HORRID. I have a 4% bonus to drops due to citys colonized and it still doesnt’ help. I play pretty much non stop and attack with 100 archers for lvl 2, 200 for lvl 3 and 500 for lvl 4 with no losses. I have tried gearing my hearos in wisemens sets for intel cause I heard that helps but All I EVER get is aggrivated. The game is designed to make you spend money out of you bank accounts in order to get medals. Unfortunately for some of us thats not an option. I”m so aggrivated that I”m considering quitting the game. I”m a host of an alliance and 75% of the alliance has more citys and higher rank than I do because they buy the medals it’s sickening. If you play on the na19 server and just started I suggest choosing another one. If you have any hints about how to have better success than I have please publish it for others who may be at the same crossroads as myself about the game and the drop rate of medals.

Find Rose, Cross, and Lion medals by attacking lvl 1 valleys and flats. Attack with 1500 scouts, it is faster than using other troops. Average 1 Rose per 20 attacks, with Cross and Lion also appearing sometimes.

guys you can get medals, just keep at it. there is no secret, no combo, just hit as many as you can.
use this site for where to get specifics, or google evony 2 wiki http://evony.cathyland.net/
once you do that, try this. i was getting frustrated at getting no rose and have got 5 in the last 2 days with maybe 400 attacks.
find a flat or other valley very close to a city you own, preferably next to it. queue up as many attacks as you can with 1000 archers (or whatever you can, the point is to conquer it without losing, this is probably overkill but its what i use.).
sent the waves 15 seconds apart (shorter when you’re used to it, and make sure you have room to capture the flat/valley. they go to the valley screen in town hall. wait til your first wave hits, then click valley again to refresh and abandon the valley. do this over and over as each wave hits.
you WILL get medals. I was so frustrated i almost quit, but again i have 5 in 2 days, almost finally at the damn baronet level. not sure how it works on higher flats, the same i hope and suspect.

been farming for 2 hours with no medals, hitting many valleys 1-4, just short of 1 rose medal, because I spent 20$ and bought 2 junior boxes, but fell short by 1.
