Ears and eyes in Enemy’s city
Using this stratagem you will get detailed information about one of your enemy’s cities. This can be useful later in the game when your opponents often will have millions of scouts in some of their cities. Using this stratagem you don’t have to sacrifice lots of your own scouts to get the information you need.

when u use the statagem can u spy on the person as long as u want to?

no you can not spy on them for as long as you want to you just get a report. i would like to know if the person knows when you use this on them aka do they know you got a scout report?
