Construction is a process by which you build building for your city. This technology, is one of the must have technologies you will need to build the empire you want. Construction will increase the speed of buildings being constructed in your city by 10% each time your upgrade.
Upgrading the construction technology will be beneficial for you since it will make you build building at a faster right, minimizing down time in building your empire in Envoy. As like any other technology upgrades, construction will require prerequisites and costs before you can level it up to a new level. You may find and upgrade the construction technology in the academy building in your city. More details about this technology is posted in the table below.

for the guy who posted last night re the cost of steel ,it realy depends where you go to buy it, z45 is around £740 per metric ton ans standard is around £650 per ton- hope this helps
