This stratagem increases your troops returning speed by 30%. This is a good counter measure to the stratagem Bolt the Door to Catch the Thief. Cicada sheds it’s skin seems like a fairly decent stratagem to use in special situations. It is also fairly cheap for an offense stratagem. I have no idea who Cicada is however.

Oh, wow. Just to answer the above question a cicada is an insect that is mostly active during the summer months. It grows as a larva at the base of trees and in the late spring, early summer it crawls up the tree and sheds it’s pupal skin to emerge as it’s adult form. When attracting mates it emits a rasping sound via the use of special organs on the sides of their bodies.
