Evony Age 2 Guide

Evony won’t give any information about Evony Age 2, so why not speculate a little. There are several Evony clones out there that have several extra features which Evony don’t have. These games claim to have nothing to do with Evony, even though they are exactly similar apart from a few extra features and the graphics. One of these features is the capitals. In the Evony clone NapWar these are called Realms of Power and come in 4 different types, Town, Fortress, Provincial Capital and Royal Capital. In another Evony clone called Kingory they are called County, Shire, Prefecture and Capital. Apart from the names they are exactly the same, and I would be surprised if this feature was not a part of Evony Age 2.

Anyways, these capital cities can be conquered by players once they have a certain rank and title. The difference between a normal city and a capital is that a capital can have resource fields all the way up to level 20 and is owned by an alliance. Level 12, 15, 18 and 20 resource fields for each of the 4 capital types. The owners of the capitals also have a certain control over players with cities in the surrounding area. They can levy gold, levy people and levy resources from these cities a certain number of times per day depending on the type of capital it is. You can also use something called conscription to take soldiers from the neighboring cities and hire them for your capital defense.

This is just speculations of course, but I’m pretty sure there will be something similar in Evony Age 2. Make a thread and ask the mods in the forum if you want to, see what they say. I have some more things I believe will be in Evony Age 2 as well, will post on that next week.
