Advanced Gems Smelting
Advanced Gems Smelting is something you can do in the forge in Evony Age II. As the name indicates advanced gems smelting lets you melt two lower level gems together to make one higher level gem. You can only increase the level of them gem by one level doing this. You have to use two gems of the same level and they also have to be of the same type. There are 3 gems in Evony Age II, Sapphire Gems, Ruby Gems and Topaz Gems.
There is a certain chance you will fail when trying to melt two gems together, and you can increase the chance of success using Advanced Blacksmith Tutorials. If you fail the melting you will loose one of the two gems used in the process. Advanced Gems Smelting seems to be the only way you can get level 10 gems, as you can not buy these in the store.
